Central to the new identity was the evolution of the school’s brand mark. Focusing on the the ‘Hearts and Wings’ from the previous crest, we redrew a new emblem to provide Haileybury with a more contemporary and versatile mark for modern day needs. The expansive gesture of the wings projected a more friendly, open and welcoming, female friendly look.
A range of vibrant colours were selected to sit alongside the core burgundy which was deeply rooted in Haileybury history. The refreshed palette introduced a brighter, more engaging look and feel to give the identity more impact across marketing comms.
A blend of traditional and modern typefaces were combined to project Haileybury’s personality with time-honoured elegance, sophistication and precise clean lines.
Photographic direction, inspired by life at Haileybury, captured the energy and vibrancy of the pupils, rich architectural heritage and exceptional resources. The imagery resonated with modern audiences and helped to further convey the merits of an all-round education.
Through an ongoing roll-out programme, we deployed the new brand standard across an extensive range of stationery, documentation, signage, exhibition displays, school transport livery and marketing materials.
