Building on our Mahjong theme from the previous report, Chinese chess was chosen as the metaphor for the strategic and skilful approach required to navigate complex deal structures and financial instruments.

The traditional Chinese characters on the playing pieces were updated to read ‘Regulation, M&A, China’ as a subtle reference to the topic.

The printed brochure was finished in a matte stock and embellished with de-bossing and gold foil to offer a tactile, high-quality feel.
